Coaching
Systemic business coaching is resource-, solution-, and goal-oriented support for people in professional matters. Coaching is about helping people helping themselves. As your coach, I create a space for reflection and developing your own way forward. I work with stimulating and sometimes challenging questions, with creativity and structure, with empowering and challenging feedback, and with various methods, approaches, and models to provide you with different and perhaps even new perspectives on your professional concerns.
My clients often come to me with concerns in the areas of leadership, conflict, communication, and career orientation. Due to my own experience in development cooperation, international organizations, and peacekeeping missions, I am well-versed in addressing professional concerns in this sector, as well as many others.

I offer online and face-to-face coaching in German and English. For face-to-face coaching sessions, I use the beautiful facilities of Netzwerkknoten Systemischen Organisationsberatung GmbH at Milastr. 4 in Berlin's Prenzlauer Berg district.
Fee
My fee for one-on-one coaching depends on whether you approach me as a private individual or a company. During a free initial consultation, we will discuss the costs transparently, and you can decide at your leisure whether you would like to work with me.
